Singapore Airlines is currently operating the longest flight in the world from Singapore to New York’s JFK Airport operated by an A350-900 ULR. The flights normally take about 18hours and are only offered in Premium Economy and Business Class.
Soon Singapore Airlines will not be the one offering the longest flight in the world, when Qantas starts operating its first flights connecting Sydney to London as part of Project Sunrise.
The Deal
Singapore Airlines currently offers a one - way Ticket from New York to Singapore for 508€, currently Tickets are available for selected dates in August and September.
The opposite direction, so Singapore to New York is offered for about 660€ on selected dates in June and Juli.
Route and Product
Singapore Airlines offers this flight to New York’s JFK and Newark Airport, but the longest flight lands in JFK since the measured distance is a few kilometers longer. This flight is being operated by an Airbus A350-900 ULR in a premium heavy configuration with only Premium Economy and Business Class available. Probably for the better with such a long flight time.
The Premium Economy is arranged in a dense 2-4-2 configuration with only the last row being in a 1-4-1 configuration. Regardless of the flight time the seats seem to be on the narrower side.
The flight is not taking the route over Russia, to New York Singapore Airline mostly opts for the Route via Europe and for the way back they cross the Pacific south of Japan.

You can find this deal on Google Flights, with flights available from the 15th of August to the 15th of September 2025. If you are being forwarded from Google Flights to the Singapore Airlines website the prices are a few euros more than when you search directly on their website.
